Jack Lalanne Juicer Reviews
The Jack Lalanne Power Juicer is brought to you by the
“Godfather of Fitness,” 91-year-old fitness king, Jack Lalanne.
Many a baby boomer remember Jack and his “Jack Lalanne” show,
which ran in the 50s and 60s, and introduced America to the
world of exercise and proper diet.
So, it’s no surprise that Jack Lalanne would put his name to
a juicer, the “Jack Lalanne Power Juicer,” (sometimes known as
“Jack’s Juicer,” or even "Jack Lalane Juicer Elite" and “Jack
Lalane Power Juicer,” although the correct spelling is Lallane
and not Lalane). The man who, at age 70, towed 70 boats with 70
people from the Queen’s Way Bridge in the Long Beach Harbor to
the Queen Mary, while handcuffed, shackled and fighting strong
winds and currents, knows something about what it takes to live
a healthy lifestyle. He also knows about the health benefits of
fruit and vegetable juicing.
There are some who discount the Jack Lalanne Power Juicer
because it’s hyped on his infomercials. But, the truth is, it’s
a fine juicer for the money. It’s a centrifugal-type juicer
(centrifugal juicers use a grater or shredder disk and a
basket, which spins at high speeds to extract the juice from
fruits and vegetables).
Jack’s Juicer spins at 3600 RPMs. One feature of Jack’s
Juicer machine is the way the leftover pulp is dry, which means
most of the juice has been squeezed out of it. The leftover
pulp can be used for baking, or even salsas. Their advertising
claims the Jack Lalanne Power Juicer squeezes 30% more juice in
juicer comparison tests with manual juicers. Of course, most
power juicers will perform that way against manual juicers.
(Let’s face it, a manual juicer doesn’t stand a chance in a
juicer comparison to a Breville or Champion juicer either.)
Other features of the Jack Lalanne Power Juicer include:
* Whisper quiet motor
* Extra large chute, which cuts down on
chopping
* 250 Watts
* Dishwasher safe for easy cleanup
If you have ever juiced before you know what these features
mean. An extra-wide chute can greatly cut down on prep
time, as you can put whole fruits and vegetables into the Power
Juicer instead of taking the time to chop them all into smaller
pieces. And, of course, easy cleanup is a must for any
person contemplating buying a juice extractor. You want
to make juicing as simple as possible. Too many times
people have bought juicers, then stopped juicing because of the
work and cleanup involved. The Jack Lalanne Power Juicer
certainly fits that bill.
Synonyms: Lalane, Lallane, Lallanne are typos for

Juicer.
